Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We monitor flight status to adjust pickup times accordingly in case of early arrivals or delays.
Yes. We offer Meet & Greet service upon request. This service is available for an additional fee. Our chauffeur will be waiting at the designated pickup location or airport arrivals area with a name sign for easy identification.
Our standard waiting time is included as follows:
Hotel or residential pickups: up to 15 minutes
Domestic flights: up to 30 minutes after landing
International flights: up to 60 minutes after landing
If the waiting time exceeds these limits, additional waiting charges may apply.
Gratuity is not included in the price. But upon request, gratuity can be added directly to the reservation in advance, or provided to the chauffeur at the time of service. Gratuity of around 20% is customary within the industry.
Yes. Child seats are available upon request. We offer infant seats, toddler seats, and booster seats. This service is provided for an additional fee. Please inform us at the time of booking which type of seat is required.
